These Terms and Conditions govern your use of The Carbon Hub website (carbonhub.co.za) and the purchase of products from The Carbon Hub. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms in full.

The Carbon Hub is a South African aftermarket BMW parts business based in Cape Town, Western Cape. We specialise in carbon fibre and gloss black ABS body kit components for BMW M-series vehicles.

All products sold by The Carbon Hub are aftermarket parts and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by BMW AG or any of its subsidiaries. Product descriptions, fitment guides, and compatibility information are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge.

The Carbon Hub reserves the right to update product listings, pricing, and availability without prior notice.

An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. The Carbon Hub accepts payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

• In-stock orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Out-of-stock orders are subject to a 10–15 business day lead time.
• All products are inspected before dispatch.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery provided items are unused and in original packaging. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

The Carbon Hub is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, or modification of products. Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a qualified fitment professional. The Carbon Hub's liability in any event shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

The Carbon Hub reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
