Return & Refund Policy

At The Carbon Hub, we take pride in inspecting every product before dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original, unaltered condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at info@carbonhub.co.za or through our website contact form. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

• Items that have been installed, used, or modified in any way.
• Items returned outside the 7-day window.
• Items not in their original packaging.
• Special order or custom items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

The Carbon Hub is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper installation or misuse of products. Installation is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a qualified fitment professional where appropriate.
