Shipping Policy

The Carbon Hub ships nationwide across South Africa. All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• In-stock items: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days).
• Out-of-stock / pre-order items: Items not currently in stock are subject to a lead time of 10–15 business days. You will be notified of estimated dispatch dates at the time of ordering.

Once dispatched, standard delivery timeframes within South Africa are typically 2–4 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be communicated on our website.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the original packaging as it may be required for a courier claim.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering. The Carbon Hub is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery fees may apply.
