Shipping Policy

The Carbon Hub ships nationwide across South Africa. All orders are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they arrive in good condition.

Delivery timeframes provided by The Carbon Hub are estimates only and are not guaranteed. These estimates are based on on typical transit times provided by our logistical partners and our previous shipping experience. Delays may occur due to courier network congestion, operational disruptions, freight delays or other circumstances outside of The Carbon Hub's control.

Products that are not currently held in local stock may require additional time before they can be dispatched to the customer.

Customers will be provided with an estimated lead time at the time of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate only and may be affected by supplier processing times, international freight schedules, consolidated freight times, customs clearance and other logistical factors outside of The Carbon Hub's control. Estimated dispatch dates will be communicated at the time of ordering where possible.

Where multiple products are being sourced for The Carbon Hub at the same time, goods may be consolidated into a single freight shipment before being transported to South Africa.

Consolidated freight allows multiple shipments to be combined, but the overall lead time depends on when all required goods are received, processed and ready for dispatch.

As a result, consolidated freight lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. A delay affecting one or more products may affect the estimated availability or dispatch date of the overall shipment.

Once dispatched, standard domestic delivery within South Africa is typically estimated at 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may require additional time.

Courier costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be communicated on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched from The Carbon Hub, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp where tracking is available.

Tracking updates are provided by the relevant South African courier and may not update continuously while an order is in transit or moving between facilities.

For BackOrderedd products, tracking may only become available once the product has reached the local delivery stage.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and item immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Do not discard the original packaging as it may be required for a courier or freight claim.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. The Carbon Hub is not liable for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or contact information provided by the customer. Re-delivery or address correction fees may apply.
